We can assist youin designing a unique style of conference bag . Whateverbe the style, fabric, colour, or fittings we can produce the bag you are looking for. We also provide a free preproduction sample for approval before production.

3. Free designing of your Brand / logo

Ideally, we ask you to send us the artwork in CorelDraw format. If you do not have this feature, please send us what you have. Our dedicated internal graphics team will help you design your brand / logo at no cost.

4. Free Samples

We provide free samples on your request. The samples are dispatched and delivered within few days.

5. In-House Branding/Printing Service.

We have in-house custom branding printing services .This allows us to meet short lead time orders.

6. Worldwide Timely Delivery

We can deliver to any corner of the world using different couriers depending on the size of the consignment, weight of the consignment and location to be delivered.We track the deliveries in house to ensure as far as possible, the timely delivery of your order.

7. Sea Freight Delivery Option

We also offer our customers sea freight delivery option for export shipments . All products can be shipped by sea modest minimum cost. This option requires 2 – 3 months lead time.

8. Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum order quantity is 150 units for most of the items. However, we can reduce moq to 50 units subject to availability of stock.

9. No Obligation Stock Reservation

You can reserve your stock at no obligation. Choose a conference bag, reserve your stock, then forget about it for a while.We will then contact you on an agreed date to check you still want to go ahead with the order. If you don’t, that is absolutely fine, we will just release the stock for another client to order.

10. Surplus Goods Return (Only In India)

Often Conference organizers do not know exact numbers until the date of event. So we now offer “Surplus Goods Return” service where in customers can order extra bags from available stock without branding and can return them back in proper condition if not required .

11. Packing & Postal Service

Thinking about your next Online event?

We now offer a packing and courier service for your bags and promotional items along with various inserts which can be delivered directly to your delegate’s door, giving you the opportunity to sell sponsorship for your next online event. Alternatively, you can only opt for packing service wherein we will pack individual product along with various inserts and with addresses ( provided by you ) labelled on it so that you can courier directly to your delegate’s door from your end without any botheration for packing.

Just send us your events marketing collateral and we shall arrange for the bags to be packed and posted.
